I love Moab

So Friday, Tigey and I decide to head to Moab, UT for the weekend. We get up Saturday morning and are off by 9am, it is about a 4 hour drive and we made it without any headaches. This was are first time we have gone away with 2 kids. Luckily, the kids were great and besides Alea only napping a total of 30 minutes the whole weekend everything went smooth9she was great just a little on edge at times!). We had a wonderful weekend and the weather was perfect. Not too hot definitely not cold, it finally felt like winter might end soon! I got some great pictures that I am excited to share. I had been probably 10 years since I had been to Moab and I forget how absolutely beautiful and breathtaking it is. Most of these pics are at Arches National Park. So if you have never been to Arches or Canyonlands National Parks, they are definitely worth going the sheer magnitude of the rocks are simply amazing!

Photos of Max

Meet adorable Max. I had a great time taking his picture and when Alea came home at the end of the session, his smile grew. They really liked each other and Alea has not stopped asking me when he is coming back! Thanks Angela for the cute model!

Mother's Day

So for Mother's Day I decided I wanted to go to a couple of spots and take pictures of Tigey and Alea. I wanted to check out a few locations as well as tune my photo skills. It was a beautiful day, a little too sunny and windy for pics but I worked with what I had. We had a great time, Alea got to run around and go from open space to a pond to the park and Tigey likes nothing more than having his picture taken with his cute little munch.
I hope everyone else had a great Mother's Day no matter what you did or didn't do!

Here are a couple of my favorite pics (I always find it hard to pick my favorites but I guess that isn't a bad thing!)

Things Have Changed

So I have been a little MIA, since January from what it looks like... A lot has happened since then, new baby, new business. Sweet little Emme was born March 29 and I could not be more in love. It is amazing what a new baby can do. I don't think I have stopped smiling from the moment she was born. On top of that seeing Alea with her little sister is the most memorable and sweet thing I have ever experienced. To say the least, I am a lucky woman!

Now the new business, Claire Eads Photography. Photography has always captured me in many ways and I have always enjoyed capturing those special moments in time that we don't ever get back. I took classes at FIT but was working with a manual camera. Since getting into digital, I have dabbled more into nature shots (how can you not living in such a beautiful place like Aspen) but I am ready to take my hobby to the next level. One of my reason other than the pure love of amazing photos is that you can not get affordable quality photos in this valley. I know so many Mom's around here that have never had professional pictures of their kids taken because it is unaffordable. So here I am ready to capture spectacular photos of beautiful children!

Stay tuned, I promise to post photos and talk all about my new venture. If you are wondering about Bebe Dulce, it is still going strong. So you can still get great gifts too!
